Machine Operator / Machinist (1-3 Yrs) | Nagpur

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator / Machinist with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for a B.Com graduate looking to apply their analytical and organizational skills in a practical, hands-on manufacturing environment within the sports and leisure industry. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to produce high-quality components and products.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery to prevent downtime.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.

Assist in inventory management and material handling as required.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency.

Utilize basic mathematical and analytical skills (from B.Com background) for production tracking and reporting.
