Machine Operator / Machinist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator/Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to produce high-quality components. This role requires precision, a strong understanding of mechanical operations, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a variety of machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Set up, adjust, and calibrate machinery for specific operations.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal output and quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during operation.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
