Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Machine Operator / Machinist with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience who possess a strong understanding of design principles and their application in manufacturing processes within the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining specialized machinery used in the production of medical devices and equipment, ensuring high standards of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of machinery for the production of medical components and devices, adhering to design specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to ensure accurate manufacturing.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products, identifying and rectifying any defects.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize production processes and troubleshoot manufacturing challenges.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery.
- Document production activities and report on output and quality metrics.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing techniques and product design integration.
