Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Machine Shop Incharge / Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our machine shop. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain high-quality standards, and manage a team of skilled machinists. This role is crucial for optimizing our manufacturing processes and contributing to our import and export capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of machine shop personnel.
- Ensure all machinery is operated safely and efficiently, adhering to maintenance schedules.
- Monitor production output and quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Manage material flow and inventory within the machine shop.
- Train and mentor new machine operators.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide machining operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production targets and deadlines.
