Machine Shop Incharge / Supervisor | B.A Professionals | Pune

We are seeking a motivated and organized Machine Shop Incharge / Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience, ideally holding a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, to join our growing team in Pune. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our machine shop, supporting our technology-driven manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the machine shop, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
2. Ensure all machinery is maintained in good working order, coordinating routine checks and minor repairs.
3. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, consumables, and tools, and manage reordering processes.
4. Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures within the machine shop environment.
5. Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on output, efficiency, and any operational issues.
6. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., quality control, design) to ensure project requirements are met.
7. Train and guide junior staff or operators as needed.
