Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Machine Shop Incharge / Supervisor with 0-2 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the machine shop, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical aptitude and organizational skills to support the smooth functioning of the manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the supervision of daily machine shop activities, including scheduling and workflow management.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate basic maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and generate reports.
- Support inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations within the machine shop.
- Collaborate with engineers and other departments to resolve operational issues.
- Utilize software tools for production tracking and data analysis (beneficial given BCA background).
