Maintenance Engineer

Role Summary: The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all technical equipment and infrastructure within our state-of-the-art Animation & VFX studios. This role is critical to minimizing downtime and maintaining the high-quality output expected in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of studio hardware, including workstations, servers, render farms, networking equipment, and specialized VFX hardware.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact production.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and plugins relevant to animation and VFX workflows.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity for all studio operations.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize production delays.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and repair logs.
• Collaborate with IT and production teams to implement system upgrades and new technologies.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
