We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Engineer with a B.Com background to join our team in Indore. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates with 0-2 years of experience looking to build a career in the beverage industry. You will play a crucial role in supporting the maintenance department, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our plant and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules for all plant equipment.
Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting and repairing machinery breakdowns.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and labor hours.
Conduct inventory checks for spare parts and consumables, and assist in procurement processes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance operations.
Collaborate with production and quality control teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Assist in the preparation of maintenance reports and performance metrics.
