Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Engineer with 1-2 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our team in Nasik. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our IT infrastructure and equipment, supporting our BPO operations. This role offers a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
- Respond to IT support requests and resolve technical problems for end-users.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices and servers.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system configurations.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and improvements.
- Provide basic technical support for BPO-specific software and applications.
- Manage IT inventory and assets.
