Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Head to oversee and manage all aspects of facility and equipment maintenance for our growing NBFC startup. This role will be critical in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of our physical infrastructure and IT hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies and schedules for all company facilities, including office spaces, data centers, and other operational areas.
• Manage the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Oversee the maintenance and lifecycle management of IT hardware, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians and external vendors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to schedules.
• Develop and manage the annual maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment failures and operational disruptions.
• Respond to and resolve urgent maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
