Maintenance Head

Role Summary: The Maintenance Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance and engineering operations within Apollo Hospitals' Indian facilities. This includes ensuring the optimal functioning of all medical equipment, building infrastructure, and utility systems to maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies and preventive maintenance programs for all hospital facilities and equipment.

Manage and lead a team of maintenance engineers, technicians, and support staff.

Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.

Oversee the procurement, installation, and maintenance of all medical and non-medical equipment.

Manage the maintenance budget, including cost control and resource allocation.

Respond to and resolve emergency maintenance issues promptly and effectively.

Collaborate with hospital administration and clinical departments to ensure seamless operations.

Implement and maintain robust asset management systems.
