Maintenance Head

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Maintenance Head to oversee and manage all maintenance operations for our renewable energy assets across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of our wind and solar power plants through effective maintenance strategies and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies for wind turbines and solar power systems.
2. Lead and manage a team of maintenance engineers, technicians, and support staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
3. Oversee the planning and execution of all maintenance activities, including scheduled overhauls, repairs, and emergency interventions.
4. Manage the maintenance budget, including cost control, resource allocation, and procurement of spare parts and equipment.
5. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies related to maintenance operations.
6. Monitor asset performance, analyze maintenance data, and identify areas for optimization to improve uptime and reduce operational costs.
7. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities.
8. Implement and manage CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for effective tracking and reporting of maintenance activities.
9. Stay abreast of new technologies and best practices in renewable energy maintenance.
