Maintenance Head

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Maintenance Head to oversee and manage all maintenance operations for our printing and packaging facilities in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant maintenance, with a specific understanding of pharmaceutical-related equipment and processes, given the M.Pharma educational requirement. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal functioning, safety, and efficiency of all machinery and infrastructure, contributing directly to our production targets and quality standards. The role requires 6 to 6 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all plant machinery and equipment.
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring efficient task allocation and performance.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new equipment and machinery.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies related to maintenance activities.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement processes to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities and equipment to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, optimize maintenance strategies, and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production schedules.
- Manage budgets for maintenance operations, including labor, materials, and external services.
