Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Head with an M.Pharma degree to join our esteemed organization. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to kickstart their career in plant maintenance within the power sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the maintenance team in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our power generation facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for plant equipment.

Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, spare parts inventory, and equipment history.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.

Participate in inspections and audits of plant machinery and systems.

Learn and apply knowledge of various power plant systems and their maintenance requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal downtime and optimal plant performance.
