Maintenance Head (M.Sc Required) - Delhi

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Head to oversee and manage all aspects of facility and equipment maintenance for our rapidly growing logistics operations in Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical or electrical systems and a Master of Science degree. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our warehouse and delivery infrastructure, minimizing downtime, and optimizing operational costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies and schedules for all facility equipment, machinery, and infrastructure.
• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring efficient task allocation, performance monitoring, and professional development.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring all repairs are completed promptly and to high standards.
• Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure timely availability of necessary components.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies related to maintenance operations.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and opportunities for improvement in equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs while ensuring operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to support new installations, upgrades, and modifications of equipment.
