We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional with a B.Com background and 1-3 years of experience to join our team as a Make Up / Costume - Other specialist. This role involves managing and coordinating aspects of costume and makeup inventory, procurement, and budget tracking within our dynamic fashion retail environment. The ideal candidate will leverage their financial acumen to ensure efficient resource allocation and operational support for our creative and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the procurement and inventory management of makeup, costume materials, and related supplies.
- Track and manage budgets for costume and makeup-related expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expenditure reports.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Support the accounting team with reconciliation of expenses and vendor payments.
- Conduct market research for new suppliers and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations related to costume and makeup department expenditures.
- Collaborate with the creative and production teams to understand their material requirements and budget constraints.
