Role Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Management Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on driving key strategic initiatives and operational improvements across our diverse sports and leisure businesses in India. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and oversee implementation, contributing directly to the growth and success of Dream Sports.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis within the Indian sports and leisure industry.

Identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities for existing and new business ventures.

Develop business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations for senior management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations, technology) to drive project execution.

Design and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

Prepare compelling presentations and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
