Role Summary: Seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Management Consultant to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is ideal for a B.Tech/B.E. graduate with 1-3 years of experience who is passionate about driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements within the Iron & Steel industry. You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement impactful changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of strategic projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, cost reduction, and market penetration.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Collaborate with various departments (production, supply chain, finance) to understand their processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Support the implementation of new strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation and problem-solving.
