Manager - Data Science - Banking (Nagpur)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems in banking, such as fraud detection, customer segmentation, credit risk assessment, and churn prediction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams, to understand data needs and translate them into actionable data science solutions.

Perform data wrangling, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis on large, complex datasets.

Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of models and strategies.

Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
