Role Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team at Pratham Education Foundation in Vishakhapatnam. This role is ideal for a recent PhD graduate looking to apply their rigorous research and analytical skills to the social sector. You will play a crucial role in supporting the financial health and strategic decision-making of our educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts, aligning them with organizational goals.
Conduct variance analysis, identifying and explaining deviations from budget and forecast.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
Support financial modeling for new program initiatives and strategic projects.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.
