Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager for Financial Planning & Analysis to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets. This role requires a strong understanding of financial modeling, variance analysis, and strategic financial management within the investment banking, venture capital, or private equity sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.

Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend identification.

Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.

Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
