Role Summary: The Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for driving financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for TC Packaging Limited. This role requires a strong understanding of financial modeling, business partnering, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and performance dashboards.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain financial models for new business initiatives and capital expenditure proposals.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting systems.
Continuously improve financial processes and reporting capabilities.
