Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making within our Indian operations. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing the financial health and performance of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Prepare detailed financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct variance analysis, identifying key drivers of financial performance and providing actionable insights.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior management, highlighting key trends and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy of forecasts.
- Support the development of long-term financial strategies and business cases.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
