Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for Financial Planning & Analysis to join our growing team at Rapido. This role will be instrumental in driving financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support our rapid expansion in the urban transport sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial modeling, data analysis, and a passion for the startup ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Create robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
- Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers of variance and recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Technology) to gather data and provide financial insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.
- Assist in the development of long-term financial plans and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
