Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis with 2-4 years of experience to join our finance team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the FP&A function, providing critical financial insights, and contributing to strategic decision-making within the hospital network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business analysis and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare variance analysis reports, highlighting key drivers and providing actionable insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, reporting on trends and deviations.
- Support senior management with financial data and analysis for decision-making.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required by the management.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and systems.
