Manager, Information Security

Role Summary:
Nykaa is seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager for Information Security to join our growing team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive information security program to protect the company's digital assets, sensitive data, and IT infrastructure. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of cybersecurity threats, risks, and best practices, particularly within the e-commerce and retail sectors. You will lead initiatives to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement information security policies, standards, and procedures.
2. Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of information security risks.
3. Manage and lead security incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and remediation.
4. Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPB if applicable) and industry best practices.
6. Manage security awareness training programs for employees.
7. Collaborate with IT, legal, and business teams to integrate security into all aspects of the business.
8. Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
