Manager Information Security

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager Information Security to join our growing team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for a B.Tech/B.E. graduate with 1-4 years of experience in information security, looking to contribute to the security posture of a leading logistics company. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security controls, monitoring for threats, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of information security policies and procedures.
- Monitor security alerts and investigate potential security incidents.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Manage and maintain security infrastructure, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security solutions.
- Support security awareness training for employees.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, Indian data privacy laws).
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security best practices in system design and development.
- Participate in security audits and risk assessments.
- Stay updated with the latest security threats and technologies.
