Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager of Information Security to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive information security strategies and policies to protect our company's digital assets, intellectual property, and sensitive data. You will lead efforts to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement robust information security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats.
Oversee the implementation and management of security technologies and controls (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection).
Develop and execute incident response plans, including investigation, containment, and remediation of security breaches.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act) and industry standards.
Manage security awareness training programs for employees.
Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Stay updated on emerging security threats, trends, and technologies.
Manage relationships with third-party security vendors and service providers.
