Manager Information Security role in TV / Radio (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Information Security Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for safeguarding our digital assets and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information systems within the dynamic TV and Radio broadcast environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation and a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Manage and monitor security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus solutions.
- Respond to security incidents, conduct forensic investigations, and implement remediation plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry best practices.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs to employees.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate security into all aspects of the business.
- Stay updated on the latest security threats, trends, and technologies.
