Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Manager for our Machine Learning team within the Clinical Research domain. This role will be instrumental in leveraging advanced machine learning techniques to drive insights from complex clinical trial data, optimize research processes, and contribute to the development of groundbreaking therapies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ML algorithms, data science principles, and their application in a regulated environment like clinical research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers focused on clinical research applications.
• Develop and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models for tasks such as patient stratification, outcome prediction, anomaly detection in clinical data, and real-world evidence analysis.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, biostatistics, and data management teams to identify opportunities for ML-driven solutions.
• Ensure the development and deployment of ML models are compliant with regulatory standards (e.g., GCP, FDA guidelines).
• Oversee the entire ML lifecycle, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training, validation, and deployment.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and their applications in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industries.
• Communicate complex technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
