Manager - Machine Learning

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Manager for our Machine Learning team. This role will be instrumental in driving the development and deployment of advanced ML solutions for our industrial equipment and machinery clients. You will lead a team of talented data scientists and engineers, fostering innovation and ensuring the successful integration of ML into our product offerings and client projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists.
- Define and execute the ML strategy for industrial equipment and machinery applications.
- Oversee the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model development, training, validation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for ML-driven innovation.
- Develop and implement robust ML models for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, quality control, and performance optimization in industrial machinery.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI, and evaluate their applicability to our business.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of deployed ML solutions.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for ML development within the organization.
- Drive the adoption of ML solutions across different business units and product lines.
