Job Description
We are seeking a driven and analytical Manager - Machine Learning with 1-2 years of experience to join our innovative team. This role is crucial for developing and deploying cutting-edge machine learning models to optimize agricultural processes, predict crop yields, and enhance supply chain efficiency within the Indian context. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in Machine Learning or a related field, preferably with an M.Tech degree.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for applications such as crop yield prediction, pest detection, soil health analysis, and supply chain optimization.
Collaborate with agronomists and business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into data-driven ML solutions.
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure accuracy and robustness.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and their applications in agriculture.
Contribute to the development of data pipelines and infrastructure for ML model deployment.
Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
