Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Purchase professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the procurement of various goods and services essential for our logistics operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. This role requires a strategic approach to sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management within the dynamic courier and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and procure a wide range of goods and services, including operational supplies, IT equipment, and third-party services, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify potential risks and opportunities in the supply chain.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisitions and purchase orders to delivery and payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments to understand their procurement needs and deliver timely solutions.
- Monitor inventory levels for essential supplies and implement strategies to optimize stock management.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and vendor performance for management review.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
