Manager - R & D

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Manager - R & D to oversee and contribute to our research and development initiatives within the Metals & Mining sector. This role is crucial for driving innovation, improving existing processes, and developing new technologies to enhance our operational efficiency and product quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of R&D principles and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. This position is based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:
