Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and innovative Manager - R & D with 1-2 years of experience to join our esteemed Engineering & Construction division in Indore. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and a passion for driving research and development initiatives that contribute to cutting-edge solutions in the construction and infrastructure domain. This role involves supporting senior R&D staff in conceptualizing, developing, and implementing new technologies and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning and execution of R&D projects focused on sustainable construction materials, innovative building techniques, and smart infrastructure solutions.
* Conduct literature reviews, market research, and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
* Support the development of prototypes, simulations, and testing protocols for new products and processes.
* Document research findings, prepare technical reports, and contribute to patent applications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and project management, to integrate R&D outcomes into practical applications.
* Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory changes, and advancements in relevant scientific and engineering fields.
* Contribute to the development of intellectual property and knowledge management within the R&D department.
