Role Summary: The Manager - R & D will be responsible for leading and executing research and development initiatives within the organization, focusing on policy analysis, legal frameworks, and their impact on corporate affairs and social responsibility. This role requires a strong understanding of legal research methodologies and the ability to translate legal insights into actionable strategies. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and a LLB degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth legal research on corporate governance, CSR laws, and related policies.
- Analyze the implications of new legislation and regulatory changes on the NGO and industry association sectors.
- Develop research proposals, methodologies, and frameworks for R&D projects.
- Prepare comprehensive research reports, policy briefs, and white papers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather data and insights.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and capacity-building programs.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in corporate affairs and social impact.
