Role Summary: Navi Technologies is seeking a dynamic and innovative Manager - R & D to join our growing team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is ideal for an MBA/PGDM graduate with 2-4 years of experience who is passionate about driving research and development initiatives within the BFSI sector. You will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the strategic direction of our product development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the BFSI space.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to define R&D roadmap and project requirements.
Develop business cases and feasibility studies for new product concepts and technological advancements.
Analyze customer feedback and data to inform product improvements and innovation strategies.
Support the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on R&D progress and insights.
