Manager - Tax & Compliance

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Tax & Compliance division. This role is crucial for ensuring our clients' adherence to all relevant tax laws and regulations, while also driving efficiency and accuracy in our service delivery. You will be responsible for managing a team of tax professionals and overseeing the end-to-end tax compliance process for a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the preparation and filing of income tax returns for individuals and businesses.

Ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations, including filing of GST returns.

Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on tax planning and optimization strategies.

Stay updated with the latest changes in tax laws and regulations in India and their implications.

Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Develop and implement efficient processes for tax and compliance services.

Liaise with tax authorities and represent clients in case of assessments or inquiries.
