Manager, Taxation

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager, Taxation to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of corporate taxation for our operations in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. This role requires a deep understanding of international tax laws, transfer pricing, and compliance, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective tax strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation and filing of all corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position and mitigate risks.

Manage transfer pricing policies and documentation in accordance with OECD guidelines and local requirements.

Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and external advisors on tax matters.

Provide tax advice and support to business units on various projects and transactions.

Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and interpret their impact on the company.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree or professional tax qualification (e.g., CTA, CPA) is a plus.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate taxation, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

Strong knowledge of international tax laws, transfer pricing, and tax compliance.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
