Manager Taxation

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager Taxation to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of corporate taxation, ensuring compliance with Indian tax laws, and contributing to tax planning strategies for Wipro GE Healthcare in India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all direct and indirect tax compliance activities, including income tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
- Prepare and file timely and accurate tax returns and assessments.
- Conduct tax research and analysis to identify potential tax savings opportunities and mitigate tax risks.
- Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and external consultants on tax-related matters.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position.
- Ensure adherence to transfer pricing regulations and documentation requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company.
- Provide tax advisory services to various business units and support strategic decision-making.
- Manage tax audits and assessments, including responding to queries and providing necessary documentation.
- Develop and mentor junior members of the tax team.
