Manager Taxation (3-5 Yrs) | Pune

We are seeking an experienced Manager Taxation to oversee all taxation matters for our operations in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian tax laws and regulations, with a proven track record in tax planning, compliance, and dispute resolution. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage complex tax issues within the facility management sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all direct and indirect tax compliance activities, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns within stipulated deadlines.
- Conduct tax planning and research to identify potential tax savings and ensure compliance.
- Liaise with tax authorities and handle tax assessments and audits.
- Provide expert advice on tax implications of business decisions and transactions.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in tax reporting.
- Develop and implement tax policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure seamless tax operations.
