Managing Editor (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Managing Editor with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and a strong understanding of editorial processes, content management, and financial reporting related to publications. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of our published content, particularly concerning industry reports, financial summaries, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the editorial calendar and manage the workflow for all published content, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Edit and proofread a variety of materials including reports, articles, press releases, and internal documents for grammatical accuracy, clarity, style, and adherence to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, marketing, R&D) to gather information and ensure content accuracy, especially for financial and technical publications.
- Manage content databases and ensure proper archiving and retrieval of published materials.
- Assist in the development and implementation of content strategies and style guides.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers and designers, as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across all company publications.
- Provide support in financial reporting aspects related to publishing costs and budgets.
