Managing Editor

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Managing Editor to lead our content strategy and editorial operations within our India-based operations. The Managing Editor will be responsible for overseeing the creation, editing, and publishing of high-quality content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand voice, strategic objectives, and industry best practices. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT services and consulting landscape, exceptional editorial skills, and the ability to manage a team of writers and editors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports the company's business goals and enhances brand visibility in the IT services and consulting sector.
2. Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content across all channels, including website, blog, white papers, case studies, social media, and internal communications.
3. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators, editors, and subject matter experts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
4. Oversee the editing and proofreading process to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and style guides.
5. Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and technical teams to gather information, identify content opportunities, and ensure content relevance and impact.
6. Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to optimize content strategy and improve engagement.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the IT services and consulting space to inform content creation.
8. Manage external agencies and freelancers as needed to supplement internal content creation capabilities.
