Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Editor to lead our content strategy and production for Olam Agri India's communication channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creation, editing, and publishing of high-quality content that reflects our brand voice and strategic objectives within the agriculture sector. This role requires a blend of editorial acumen, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the Indian agricultural landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive editorial calendar aligned with Olam Agri India's business goals and marketing strategies.
- Manage a team of writers, editors, and content creators, providing guidance and feedback to ensure content quality and consistency.
- Oversee the editing and proofreading process for all published materials, including website content, press releases, case studies, reports, and social media posts.
- Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and relevant to our target audiences in the Indian agricultural sector.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to develop compelling content that supports brand initiatives and product launches.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, news, and best practices in agriculture and agribusiness in India.
- Monitor content performance and analytics, using insights to optimize content strategy and improve engagement.
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, voice, and style across all communication channels.
