Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the editorial calendar for internal technical documents, reports, and product specifications.

Edit and proofread technical content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency, adhering to company style guides.

Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams to gather information and ensure technical accuracy of content.

Manage the production process of various content types, from initial draft to final publication.

Assist in the creation of training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Ensure all content aligns with regulatory requirements and company quality standards.

Contribute to content strategy and suggest improvements for existing documentation.
