Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality. This role involves working closely with production teams, R&D, and quality assurance to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and systems.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Develop and implement process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality control, and production.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Participate in new product introduction and process validation.
