Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Andhra Paper Mills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and driving efficiency improvements within our pulp and paper production facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing principles, process control, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality.
- Develop and implement process improvements, including lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on manufacturing performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Participate in new product development and process design.
