Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Manufacturing Engineer with 1-2 years of experience and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree to join our dynamic team in Chennai. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our educational content production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. You will leverage your understanding of commercial operations and process management to contribute to the smooth functioning of our manufacturing and delivery pipelines for educational materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes for educational content production, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.
- Monitor production workflows, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content development, technology, and logistics, to streamline the end-to-end production cycle.
- Develop and implement process improvements based on data analysis and best practices in manufacturing and operations.
- Prepare regular reports on production metrics, cost analysis, and performance indicators for management review.
- Assist in inventory management and supply chain coordination related to manufacturing resources.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies relevant to educational content manufacturing.
