Manufacturing Engineer (B.Pharma Required) - Coimbatore

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer with a B.Pharma background to join our growing team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing processes, with a strong understanding of quality control and process optimization within a pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing environment, transferable to water treatment processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our water treatment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization strategies.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and develop solutions to minimize downtime and waste.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to scale up new product introductions and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or equivalent quality systems.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in cross-functional teams to address production challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
