Manufacturing Engineer - Beauty & Personal Care Sector (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role is crucial in optimizing our manufacturing processes within the Beauty & Personal Care sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of manufacturing principles coupled with strategic business acumen, gained through an MBA/PGDM. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient production, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and tools to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet demand forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in new product introductions and process validation.
- Prepare reports on production performance, key metrics, and improvement initiatives.
